Yoga and meditation taught in English. You will be working with physical exercices and poses, breathing exercices, relaxation techniques (Yoga Nidra) and basic meditation techniques (Tratak, Inner Silence, the Source of Energy). For current courses, click here.
N.B. We have not planned any courses in English these last years because not enough people are interested, but if you are a group of people (5-10) we would be delighted to organize a course for you. The courses in English are not only for foreigners, French speaking persons are also welcome.
